Paula Marolda - General Manager


Paula is the General Manager for all of our franchise's locations, and the Branch Manager for our Medway location. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cleaning teams. Having started as a team member herself in 1998 and subsequently leading a team, Paula has an experienced and comprehensive understanding of what thorough house cleaning is and how to deliver it effectively. Promoted to Training Manager in 2001, Paula has helped guide the growth of our business through the setting and maintenance of high standards of quality of service for over 2 decades. Paula grew up and still lives in Bellingham with her husband and son. 

Jacqui Bassignani - Head of Administration


Jacqui joined our team in 2016. As our Head of Administration, she is responsible for all administrative aspects of the company, and has recently taken over the sales and marketing management as well. Her knowledge of our customers, system, and processes make her an integral part of our team. Chances are when you phone into the office, Jacqui will answer your call and provide you with top quality customer service. Jacqui grew up in and still lives in Franklin, with her husband and 2 sons.

Samantha - Customer Service Manager


Samantha is our Customer Service Manager, she formerly supervised our Red Team, taking care of our Dover and Medfield clients. Sam's knowledge of our customers, system, and processes made her our ideal candidate! Chances are when you phone into the office, Samantha will answer your call. Sam resides in Johnston RI with her fiance.

Norma - Field Manager


Norma has been our Orange Team Leader and has worked with us since November 2010. Norma’s team has the highest satisfaction index in Medway. Ever since Norma has joined The Maids she has been teaching our system and following it to the T, she is bi-lingual, dedicated, and if you have been around Norma, you know her leadership skills are always evident. In her downtime Norma plays volleyball and softball, she resides in Woonsocket with her partner Nancy.

Jasmine - Training Manager


Jasmine joined our team and was quickly promoted to Team Leader of our Blue Team. Jasmine excelled in understanding our cleaning system, delighting her customers', and supporting our new hires. We promoted Jasmine to our Training Manager, you'll see her out visiting homes, coaching our teams, and ensuring a top notch service! Jasmine resides in Woonsocket, RI with her son.
