Paula Marolda - General Manager


Paula is the General Manager for all of our franchise's locations, and the Branch Manager for our Medway location. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our cleaning teams. Having started as a team member herself in 1998 and subsequently leading a team, Paula has an experienced and comprehensive understanding of what thorough house cleaning is and how to deliver it effectively. Promoted to Training Manager in 2001, Paula has helped guide the growth of our business through the setting and maintenance of high standards of quality of service for over 2 decades. Paula grew up and still lives in Bellingham with her husband and son. 

Jacqui Bassignani - Head of Administration


Jacqui joined our team in 2016. As our Head of Administration, she is responsible for all administrative aspects of the company, and has recently taken over the sales and marketing management as well. Her knowledge of our customers, system, and processes make her an integral part of our team. Chances are when you phone into the office, Jacqui will answer your call and provide you with top quality customer service. Jacqui grew up in and still lives in Franklin, with her husband and 2 sons.
